Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most common questions about our fulfilment, shipping, customs and Amazon services.

Warehousing

How is your Amazon service different from a standard 3PL?
We specialise exclusively in Amazon operations — FBA Prep, FBM fulfilment, SFP and inbound shipment management. Every process is built around Amazon's requirements: FNSKU labelling, polybagging, bundling and compliance with Amazon's inbound standards. A standard 3PL typically handles general warehousing — we handle Amazon specifically, every day.
Can you process Amazon Removal Orders and prepare stock for resale?
Yes. We receive goods from Removal Orders, inspect them, relabel and repackage where necessary, and either return them to FBA or move them to an FBM or SFP fulfilment channel — whichever makes the most commercial sense for your operation.
How quickly do you process inbound shipments for FBA?
Standard processing time is 24–48 hours from the point of arrival at our warehouse. For time-sensitive shipments, same-day processing is available by prior arrangement.

4PL Fulfilment Services in the UK

What is the difference between 3PL and your 4PL model?
A 3PL stores and ships goods. A 4PL manages the entire supply chain — coordinating carriers, integrating systems, handling returns and providing operational oversight. We take full accountability for the operational process, not just the physical handling of stock.
Which platforms and systems do you integrate with?
We integrate with major e-commerce platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento, as well as marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay and Etsy. API and EDI integration with your internal ERP or WMS is also available.
How do you manage returns within a 4PL model?
All returns are handled within our system: inbound receipt, inspection, sorting into sellable and unsellable stock, and either restocking, reprocessing or disposal. Clients receive a full returns report with real-time visibility across every unit.

Shipping & Logistics

What delivery services do you offer across the UK?
We provide next-day delivery across the UK, large and non-standard freight with tail lift vehicles, B2B delivery to retail locations and warehouses, and scheduled deliveries with pre-booked time slots.
How do you handle oversized and heavy freight?
Our carrier network includes vehicles equipped with tail lifts and specialist handling equipment for palletised and non-standard loads. Each shipment is matched to the right vehicle type — we do not use general couriers for complex freight movements.
Do you provide real-time shipment tracking?
Yes. Every shipment is tracked from collection to final delivery. You receive a Proof of Delivery with a timestamp and recipient confirmation. All shipment statuses are accessible through a single dashboard.

Customs & Brokerage

What types of customs clearance do you handle?
We process import and export declarations across all cargo types — commercial freight, Amazon returns, air cargo and sea containers. Direct access to Dover, Heathrow and Gatwick allows us to minimise release times and avoid unnecessary delays.
What is a Bonded Warehouse and why would I use one?
A Bonded Warehouse is a HMRC-approved facility where goods are stored under customs control without immediate payment of duties or VAT. This allows you to defer tax liability, hold goods pending a decision on re-export or onward sale, and manage distribution more flexibly without unnecessary upfront costs.
How long does customs clearance take?
Standard clearance is completed within one working day, provided a full set of documentation is submitted. For air cargo with priority handling, clearance can be completed within a few hours. We work directly with HMRC and port authorities, which removes the delays that typically come from working through intermediaries.
